В столице федеральной земли Саксония-Анхальт внедорожник въехал в толпу на рождественской ярмарке. Полиция сообщила о гибели одного человека. Немецкие СМИ со ссылкой на спасателей сообщают, что пострадавших может быть до 80. Водитель машины задержан.

Представитель местного правительства назвал случившееся терактом. Официально об этом ещё не заявили.

WhatsApp, a rival messaging platform, introduced some measures to counter disinformation when Covid-19 was first sweeping the world. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
