Депозиты россиян в зарубежных банках на 1 декабря 2024 года составили 8,71 трлн рублей (или $80 млрд по курсу ЦБ РФ на эту дату), следует из материалов Банка России. Этот показатель – самый высокий за всю историю наблюдений с 2018 года.
За ноябрь объем депозитов россиян за границей вырос на 1 трлн рублей или 11,9% (на начало ноября он составлял 7,78 трлн рублей), а с начала года на почти на 33% (+2,2 трлн рублей). Однако практически весь этот рост пришелся на курсовую переоценку. В ноябре 2024 года рубль ослаб к доллару США на 11%, а к китайскому юаню — на 8,4%.

Meanwhile, while the price of WTI crude oil slipped from Sunday’s multiyear high $130 of barrel to $109 a pop. Markets have been expecting heavy restrictions on Russian oil, some of which the U.S. has already imposed, and that would reduce the global supply and bring about even more burdensome inflation.
