В чём-то чиновник оказался неоспоримо прав. Болонская система не договор и не организация, а свод принципов, которых придерживаются вузы. Это обеспечивает, как мы уже писали, взаимное признание дипломов в разных странах.
После 24 февраля эта задача перестала быть актуальной.
Отдельно замминистра прошёлся по системе "бакалавриат-магистратура". Мол, и у работодателей она доверия не вызывает, и вообще мы все эти годы расширяли программы специалитета, а бакалавриат считается неполным высшим.

Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
