Нужно наносить удары молотком по прутку всегда по двум его плоскостям формируя квадрат и только в этом случае пруток начнет вытягиваться быстрее и тогда количество работы деформации переведенное в тепловую энергию достигнет пика именно на его кончике от которого можно подкурить.
На видео человек это делает за 40 секунд что очень даже не плохо. Я делал это обычно за пару минут.
