Обязательное условие – не менее 60% творческой команды проекта должны быть зарегистрированы НЕ в Москве, Московской области, Питере или Ленинградской области.

Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
