I'm still alive! Sorry for the delay in orders - I'm still working on a project for college credit. I have five more graphics left to prepare, but I'm taking a break from that next week. I'm going to my boyfriend's then, so unfortunately, activity will not increase significantly for me. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. Stocks closed in the red Friday as investors weighed upbeat remarks from Russian President Vladimir Putin about diplomatic discussions with Ukraine against a weaker-than-expected print on U.S. consumer sentiment. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers.
