На рубцовских памятниках В.И. Ленину, С.М. Кирову и Карлу Марксу с Фридрихом Энгельсом установили таблички.

Это стало возможным благодаря городской администрации, откликнувшейся на мою просьбу.

К сожалению, подрастающее поколение рубцовчан зачастую не знают, кому посвящены эти монументы. Таблички важны для сохранения нашей исторической памяти.

Кстати, монумент Карлу Марксу и Фридриху Энгельсу, пожалуй, единственный в Алтайском крае и город его не так давно отреставрировал.

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives?
