Статья посвящена случайно найденному в 1990 году при ремонтных работах в одном из домов Ростова комплексу дневников местного жителя С. А. Соколова (1876-1963), состоящему из 33 тетрадей и охватывающему 45 лет. Позднее большая часть дневников поступила в Государственный музей-заповедник «Ростовский кремль». В статье содержатся характеристика этих дневников как исторического источника и биографический очерк их автора, основанный на материале дневниковых записей. В приложении начата публикация дневников, представлены тетради за 1908–1918 годы.

Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war.
