По факту и мы, и наши друзья въезжали в ЕС со смартфонами и ноутбуками (насчёт туалетной бумаги никто не признаётся), и никто ничего у нас не спрашивал.
Единственный кейс, который я знаю, случился с нами на границе Беларуси и Литвы. Семейная пара замотала столетнюю икону в шубу, на вопрос пограничника, есть ли что-то в шубе ответили отрицательно, но в итоге она была обнаружена. Без документов на икону им отказали в её ввозе. Но это история не про санкции.
Так что предлагаю не паниковать. Если кто-то пересекал границу ЕС и у него возникли трудности, отпишитесь в комментариях
