Мы подготовили новый выпуск спецпроекта о планах развития Омской области, подписанных при разных губернаторах. Это выпуск номер 4, а значит, речь о Виталии Хоценко, внезапно появившемся в Омске не далее как в прошлом году.
Подписать новую стратегию он еще не успел (ну или просто пока нет такой цели), зато успел озвучить 2 бюджетных послания с подробными планами на ближайшее будущее.
