Контракт расторгнут в связи с неисполнением обязательств подрядчиком в лице ООО "Гидрострой", бенефициаром которого является экс-мэр Карачаевска Альберт Дотдаев.
Более года работы по объекту не осуществлялись. Стоимость исполненных обязательств 106,2 млн руб., при полученном подрядчиком авансе в размере 217,4 млн руб., а затем и остальной части стоимости контракта, которую также перевели на счёт фирмы-подрядчика. В общей сложности, полеченная ООО "Гидрострой" составляет 243,8 млн руб.
На данный момент разыгрывается новый подряд стоимостью 150 млн на завершение строительства катка. Закончить его теперь планируется в декабре 2025 года. Скажем спасибо Дотдаеву, который должен был закончить работы еще в 2022 году.
