Впервые за 2 года – после снятия ограничительных мер – жители Кировской области и ветераны приняли участие в торжественном параде в честь 77-й годовщины Победы в Великой Отечественной войне.
В параде участвовали представители военных частей кировского гарнизона, роты УМВД, МЧС и УФСИН России, службы судебных приставов, ветераны боевых действий общественной организации «Боевое братство», колонны кадетов, «Юнармии», Вятского казачьего общества.

Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. For Oleksandra Tsekhanovska, head of the Hybrid Warfare Analytical Group at the Kyiv-based Ukraine Crisis Media Center, the effects are both near- and far-reaching. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
