В ходе мониторинга СМИ выявлены публикации, в которых сообщается о том, что в Самаре в ходе дорожного конфликта граждане разбили стекло в автомобиле оппонента и вымогали у него денежные средства.
По данному факту следственным отделом по Кировскому району города Самары возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам состава преступления, предусмотренного ст. 213 УК РФ (хулиганство). В настоящее время проводятся необходимые следственные действия, направленные на установление всех участников конфликта и обстоятельств произошедшего.
