⚖️📝 در رابطه با نصب دوربین در مشاعات مانند حیاط ساختمان، پارکینگ، و غیره ... نیاز به تائید کتبی از اعضای ساختمان خواهد بود. در صورت تائید ساکنین ساختمان بر نصب دوربین مداربسته این نظر بر نظر منفرد ساکنین ارجحیت خواهد داشت.بنابراین قراردادن دوربین مدار بسته باید زیر نظر مدیر ساختمان باشد که مدیر ساختمان باید با توجه به نیاز آپارتمان به تعداد دوربین ها و محل نصب آنها اقدام نماید. در ضمن براساس قانون تملک آپارتمانها چنانچه قراردادی بین مالکین یک ساختمان وجود نداشته باشد کلیه تصمیمات مربوط به اداره و امور مربوط به قسمت های مشترک به اکثریت آرا مالکینی است که بیش از نصف مساحت تمام قسمت های اختصاصی را مالک باشند. #آپارتمان_نشینی
