So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives? Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Lastly, the web previews of t.me links have been given a new look, adding chat backgrounds and design elements from the fully-features Telegram Web client.
