По всему автономному округу граждане критикуют власть, но больше всех возмущаются работой госслужащих жители Ханты-Мансийска - за неделю поступило 136 жалоб. Об этом сообщили в ЦУРе ХМАО.
Главной причиной такой ситуации, сложившийся за прошедшую неделю, стали вопросы соцзащиты и оказания услуг государственной соцподдержки. Меньше граждан волнует судьба бездомных животных, а именно их отлов. Ну и совсем немного людей напрягает ЖКХ. В конце списка оказались проблемы общественного транспорта и обращение с ТКО.
Центр управления регионом был открыт в рамках нацпроекта «Цифровая экономика» для контроля и мониторинга проблемных вопросов. Предполагается, что специалисты ЦУР должны оперативно реагировать на жалобы жителей путём взаимодействия в социальных сетях и мессенджеры.
Надеемся, претензии граждан дойдут до чиновников и те в ответ проработают наболевшие темы.

The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. In this regard, Sebi collaborated with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to reduce the vulnerability of the securities market to manipulation through misuse of mass communication medium like bulk SMS.
