На перекрёстке Белинского – Тверитина (Никольская – Ночлежная) в доме № 91/5 располагалось кошемное заведение Александра Михайловича Лычагина.

«Мастерская со смрадным запахом отделена от жилого помещения только дверью. В мастерской, на дворе и около дома - смрад и нечистоты с значительным количеством негодной шерсти. Склад шерсти помещается в худом амбаре, сквозь значительные щели которого проходит на далекое расстояние смрадный запах».

На фото В. Малькова 1965 г. дом уже в очень плохом состоянии. До наших дней не дожил.

These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts.
