Российский арбитражный центр приглашает всех экспертов в области международного коммерческого арбитража принять участие в устных раундах Moscow Vis Pre-Moot в качестве арбитров и поделиться своим опытом и знаниями со студентами. В этом году в премуте участвуют 24 команды из разных стран, включая Азербайджан, Болгарию, Венгрию, Вьетнам, Египет, Индию, Ирак, Китай, Кыргызстан, Сербию, Францию, Швейцарию, Шри Ланку.
Московский премут пройдет на английском языке в онлайн-формате 15 – 16 марта 2025 года.

Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine.
