⚡ 24-26 октября в НИУ ВШЭ – Пермь состоялась Международная конференция «Местное самоуправление в Российской империи, СССР и на постсоветском пространстве», приуроченная к 160-летию образования системы земского самоуправления в России

📝 На открытии конференции выступил глава города Перми Эдуард Соснин, а также состоялось подписание соглашение о сотрудничестве между Высшей школой экономики в Перми и Пермской государственной ордена «Знак Почёта» краевой универсальной библиотеки им. А. М. Горького.
