Россия построит в Таджикистане театр за 3,5 млрд рублей на 500 зрителей, такое соглашение между странами Госдума ратифицирует на следующей неделе.
Строительство театра «позволит увеличить охват публики для демонстрации спектаклей на русском языке, что позволит стимулировать интерес к русской культуре, продвигать русский язык в качестве языка межнационального общения», отмечает комитет Госдумы по делам СНГ.
Драмтеатру будет присвоено имя Владимира Маяковского.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." "This time we received the coordinates of enemy vehicles marked 'V' in Kyiv region," it added. Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai.
