Вообще, конечно, с новыми условиями, спрос на прогу мощно осел. Для справки, выдачи в 2024: ▪️за янв-июл (7 мес.) = 31,2 тыс. ИТ ипотек на 298,3 млрд ▪️за авг-нояб (4 мес.) = 2,4 тыс. шт. на 17,1 ярда
Что касается, заявок / одобрений, то 10-ка банков окучивает щас 98% рынка. Причём в ноябре-декабре, на топ-3 (Сбер, Альфа, ВТБ) пришёлся 71% заявок (против 62% в сент-окт.)
