Коллеги, после сегодняшнего инцидента, который уже прозвали «Коричневой пятницей», я получил от вас 24 жалобы с требованием уволить Семёна.
Спасибо, что так быстро отреагировали. Мы всегда прислушиваемся к своим сотрудникам. Отвечаем сразу всем в этом посте — мы не сможем уволить Семёна по трём причинам:
1. Формально Семён у нас не трудоустроен, а значит ТК на него не распространяется. 2. Семён единственный оставшийся сисадмин. Кроме него, никто в нашей серверной ничего не понимает. 3. Семён ушёл в запой, и мы не знаем где он и когда вернётся. #офисныеблудни

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram.
