Авторы 350 проектов стали финалистами конкурса «Наука будущего — наука молодых»

Определены финалисты первого этапа IX Всероссийского конкурса научно-исследовательских работ студентов и аспирантов».

По результатам экспертизы Программный комитет утвердил 350 проектов молодых ученых из Белоруссии, Казахстана, Китая, Конго и России к участию во втором этапе конкурса, который состоится очно в формате устных сессий на площадке Всероссийского молодежного научного форума «Наука будущего - наука молодых».

Дирекция Форума поздравляет финалистов и желает дальнейших творческих успехов!

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
