✍️Приказом министерства экономики Краснодарского края утверждён перечень объектов, которые потребуют проведения работ по их сохранению в рамках концессионных соглашений. Среди таких объектов: 🔹«Охотничий домик Великого князя Сергея Романова», построенный в 1898 году 🔹«Дача князя академика Б.Б. Голицына», построенное в 1918 году 🔹Дача инженера Александра Щенсновича, построенное в конце XIX — начале XX вв.
❗️Эти объекты находятся в Новороссийске и на данный момент не эксплуатируются из-за оценки их состояния как неудовлетворительного.
