از مهمترین مولفه‌‌های هویتی هر قوم و ملت زبان است. زبان مردم بلوچستان بلوچی است و از شاخه‌‌های زبانی هند و اروپایی است دارای فرهنگ لغت و دستور زبانی مستقل آثار منظوم، نثر، ضرب المثل(بتل)، داستان‌‌ها و … می‌باشد.مشارکت دسته‌جمعی مردم در امور مختلف مانند زراعت، برداشت محصول بکدیگر، ساخت منزل، احیای قنوات و سیل‌بندها روستایی و… که گاهی با آهنگها و سروده‌‌های خاص به همراه است🎼
و از دیگر فرهنگهای مردم بلوچ به گیرت(غیرت) مردانگی و شجاعت، توکل، راستی، وفاداری، رهم(ترحم)، رهبند(قانون)، کانهی(قناعت)، تپاکی و براتی(اتحاد و برادری)، حفظ آثار فرهنگی تاریخی، صنایع دستی، سوزن‌دوزی، سکه‌دوزی، نام‌‌های نیکوی بلوچی، سور(جشن خاص عروسی)، موسیقی و ادبیات خاص و رقص دوچاپی، سه چاپی و گرچاپ و… نام برد📚
