Собственники фирмы «Спас» разместили на них гаражи, вагончики и постройки, где продавали надгробия и цветы. Более того, 7 лет назад прокуратура назвала Смоленское кладбище полулегальным.
Представитель «Спаса» в суде заявлял, что с 1999 года «владеет спорными строениями», имеет договоры поручения с администрациями Смоленщины и Маркова. А также заключал с МУП «Бытовик» соглашение о ритуальных услугах и содержанию Марковского и Смоленского кладбищ. Но суд эти доводы не учел.
Снести все объекты «Спас» должен в течение 30 дней.

After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users.
