Вициамов подписал акты приемки по муниципальному контракту на благоустройство улицы Ленских Рабочих в г. Киренске, содержащие недостоверные сведения об объемах и качестве выполненных работ. В результате бюджету причинен ущерб на сумму более 4 млн рублей.
Вициамову решением суда назначено наказание в виде 3 лет лишения свободы условно с испытательным сроком 3 года 6 месяцев. До вступление решения суда в силу Вициамов будет оставаться главой Киренска.
