Глава региона заявил, что сейчас заводы по утилизации мазута и грунта не справляются. Совместно с Минприроды и Росприроднадзором в Анапе откроют временную перевалочную площадку для решения проблемы.
Также Кондратьев отметил труд людей, которые "с раннего утра и до позднего вечера убирают на берегу" мазут и загрязненный грунт.
