Недавно перешел к ледяной воде, сразу делаю кран до упора вправо. Сегодня был рекорд — 30 секунд
Что могу сказать. Влюбился в эту привычку. Конечно, когда почти каждое утро переступаю себя, потому что после тепленького душа под холодную вообще не хочется
Но стоит включить и за 1-2 секунды привыкаешь и тут ловишь бодрость и наслаждение
