🏢 В Омске построят 13 корпусов в жилом квартале «Зеленая Река»

На Левобережье стартует вторая очередь масштабного проекта, в рамках которой будут возведены дома, рассчитанные на 1386 квартир. Каждое здание будет оборудовано подземными парковками на 567 мест. В новом жилом комплексе предусмотрены 770 однокомнатных, 502 двухкомнатные, 93 трехкомнатные и 21 четырехкомнатная квартира.

Напомним, что микрорайон «Зелёная Река» — это масштабный проект, который реализуется в Кировском округе Омска. По плану уже в 2036 году на территории жилого квартала будут работать 7 детских садов и 3 школы. Население нового микрорайона превысит 35 тысяч человек.

The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram.
