Я тебе ровно и про Россию говорю. На lte все это время работал. На телевизоре вот нет. На ноуте, если его через раздачу интернета с телефона - тоже все работает. Со стационарных вайфаев - нет. У МТС, у единственных, временами отпадало и то все ок. Суть же и была в постепенном ограничении, чтобы люди привыкли к сложностям, начали хотя бы на телеке рутуб смотреть😀
