Экс-министра из КЧР, причастного к афере в 6,2 млн рублей, освободили от наказания
Пятый кассационный суд рассмотрел жалобу прокуратуры по делу бывшего министра имущественных отношений Карачаево-Черкесии Владимира Халюзина и изменил решения нижестоящих инстанций.
Халюзина «в связи с истечением сроков давности уголовного преследования» коллегия в составе судей Сергея Леонтьева, Андрея Железного и Марии Бурухиной освободила от наказания: 2 лет условно и 1,5 лет запрета работать на госслужбе.
Гражданский иск впрочем отменен не был. Халюзин должен заплатить государству 6,2 млн рублей. Это сумма, которую потерял бюджет Черкесска после того, как участок муниципальной земли незаконно продали ООО «Центральный рынок» по заниженной схеме.
