🔹️مانور آمادگی فصل بارندگی با همکاری نواحی برگزار گردید.

🔹️به گزارش روابط عمومی شهرداری منطقه17 ، رضاکاظمیان معاون خدمات شهری و محیط زیست منطقه اظهار داشت : با توجه به در پیش رو بودن فصل پاییز و شروع بارندگی ها به همین منظور مانوری در محدوده منطقه برگزار و ضمن بهری گیری از تمام ظرفیت ها هماهنگی های مربوطه به منظور پیشگیری و احراز آمادگی های لازم در مواجهه با شرایط ناپایدار جوی صورت پذیرفت.

🔹️کاظمیان افزود : ناظرین اداره کل امور خدمات شهری و سازمان مدیریت پسماند نیز در محل برگزاری مانور حاضر و رضایت خود را از نحوه برگزاری مانور و همچنین آمادگی منطقه در مقابله با بارش های آتی را ابراز نمودند.

This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. WhatsApp, a rival messaging platform, introduced some measures to counter disinformation when Covid-19 was first sweeping the world. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
