Рада объявить, что Роспатент зарегистрировал переход прав на товарные знаки Wildberries в пользу ООО «РВБ». Это и наш логотип, и суббренды, включая «Ягодки», а также информационные системы компании — всего 28 объектов интеллектуальной собственности. Об этих планах мы заявили еще в июне и постепенно претворяем их в жизнь, как и обещали.
Группа Russ также передала активы в объединенную компанию во второй половине октября, в том числе долю в уставном капитале ООО «Русс Аутдор», который является правообладателем товарных знаков RUSS.
Мы объединились для создания новейшей цифровой торговой платформы, а это значит более качественный сервис для наших покупателей, удобные и эффективные инструменты для партнеров и, я бы сказала, новая парадигма для всего e-com рынка.
