«Звук был сильный, сигнализация заработала на машинах. Слышала, как по рации пожарные сказали: «Открытого горения нет, приступаем к дымоудалению». Кто-то сказал, что пацаны, возможно, петарду кинули», — рассказала калининградка Анастасия.
На месте ЧП также прибыли полиция и скорая помощь. По словам местных жителей, бомбоубежище довольно часто бывает открыто, и дети им активно интересуются.
