По ее мнению, они представляют опасность для жителей дома и простых прохожих. Коммунальщики отказываются сбивать замершую воду с козырьков крыш, поэтому мурманчанам приходится это делать самостоятельно с помощью подручных средств.
Такую картину можно увидеть только в Мурманской области: местные жители сбивают сосульки швабрами. Вот так удивительные способы. Хотя, что еще делать, если власти не обращают на такие проблемы никакого внимания. Им все нипочем, и гололед и бушующие фонтаны.
Дать бы этой сосулькой по голове нашему любимому Андрею Чибису. Может хотя бы тогда перестанет игнорировать просьбы и жалобы местных жителей.

For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
