Кто-то перед окончанием 2021 года делает успехи или занимается нерешенными задачами, а кто-то Андрей Чибис. Он вновь не может разобраться с обрушившимися на него проблемами.
Специалисты отмечают крах прожектерских планов главы Заполярья. На этот раз проект «Новый Мурманск» останется только на бумажках и в голове Чибиса.
Интересно, что авторы исследования с самого начала подметили бесперспективность проекта, но губернатор Мурманской области так просто не сдаётся, поэтому с помощью пиарщиков развёл информшум, презентовав план, как точку опоры города и всего региона.
Правда, все мечты и надежды Чибиса, как всегда, рухнули в бездну. Неудачи в экономической политике, низкая управляемость и борьба с контрэлитами — все это, как снежный ком навалилось на губернатора Мурманской области.
Что ж, с праздником несбывшихся планов и ожиданий!

Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Meanwhile, a completely redesigned attachment menu appears when sending multiple photos or vides. Users can tap "X selected" (X being the number of items) at the top of the panel to preview how the album will look in the chat when it's sent, as well as rearrange or remove selected media.
