Приехал в Клин. В рамках народной программы «Единой России» совместно с главой округа Аленой Сокольской осмотрели новый муниципальный дом на улице Мира, построенный под расселение аварийного жилья. МКД общей площадью 5,1 тысячи квадратных метров ввели в эксплуатацию ровно два месяца назад, 3 октября. Сегодня здесь проживает 250 человек, заселены 122 квартиры.

Проектное решение у дома хорошее. Коридоры на этажах сделали «по-богатому», широкие, а входные группы оснастили подъемниками для людей с ОВЗ. Квартиры светлые, всё есть. По фасадам, конечно, можно было более практичный вариант отделки выбрать, но здесь уже вопрос к застройщику, он несёт полную ответственность и гарантию. Дом полностью электрический, без газа. Это безопасно.
