Дело о покушении на Захара Прилепина передали в военный суд
Единственным обвиняемым по шести статьям УК РФ — терроризм, незаконная покупка и использование оружия и боеприпасов, хранение и изготовление взрывчатки, подделка документов — проходит гражданин Украины Александр Пермяков.
По версии следствия, он заминировал противотанковыми минами дорогу у дома писателя, общественного деятеля и подполковника Росгвардии Захара Прилепина в поселке Пионерский Нижегородской области.
Утром 6 мая 2023 года он дождался появления автомобиля, в котором находились Захар Прилепин и Александр Шубин, и взорвал мины. Водитель погиб на месте, писатель получил множественные ранения.
Александра Пермякова будут судить в закрытом режиме.
