В результате взрыва, который случился из-за нарушения техники безопасности, пострадали и погибли люди. Спасатели и сотрудники правоохранительных органов сейчас устанавливают обстоятельства случившегося.
На месте трагедии по моему поручению работает мой заместитель Юрий Николаевич Курлаев. Он контролирует ситуацию и оперативно доводит до меня информацию.
Всем пострадавшим желаю скорейшего выздоровления, семьям погибших выражаю свои глубокие соболезнования.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said.
