Во время встречи Лукашенко выразил беспокойство по поводу ситуации на западных границах Беларуси. По словам Лукашенко, в случае решения о размещении «Орешника» в Беларуси возможные его цели должны определяться Минском.
В ответ Путин заявил, что «Орешник» можно будет разместить в Беларуси во второй половине 2025 года по мере наращивания его выпуска
