Группа депутатов и сенаторов предлагает о повысить уровень социальной защищенности мобилизованных работников:
1️⃣ Дополнить п.13.1 ч.1 ст.81 ТК РФ, позволяющий работодателю уволить работника, не вышедшего на работу по истечении 3 месяцев после окончания службы по мобилизации или по контракту. Предлагается в указанные 3 месяца не включать время прохождения медико-психологической реабилитации или санаторно-курортного лечения.
2️⃣ В ч.2 ст.179 ТК РФ закрепить преимущественное право на оставление на работе работников, проходивших военную службу по мобилизации.

Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
