По указанию Дмитрия Демешина в Хабаровском крае разработали масштабную программу капремонта на 2025 год

В 2024 году в Хабаровском крае капитально отремонтировали 494 многоквартирных дома на сумму более 2,2 миллиардов рублей, выполнив план на 100%.

В 2025 году эта работа будет продолжена, благодаря чему отремонтируют ещё 206 домов. Из них в 66 многоэтажках заменят 171 лифт, в 21 – капитально отремонтируют крыши, в 19 – инженерные системы, в одной – подвал и фундамент. Также в следующем году по плану будут обновлены фасады 15 домов, а для 98 – разработают проектную документацию на капремонт.
