✅ЧТО ЭТО? ДЛЯ ЧЕГО НУЖНА?
*Копинг-стратегия (копинг) – от английского to cope (выживать).
📍Набор паттернов поведения и психических реакций, которые человек использует для преодоления стрессовых ситуаций. Бывают: 📍 адаптивными (стресс будет пройден удачно и без негативных последствий любого рода) 📍и неадаптивными (стресс будет преодолен, но последствия не будут позитивными для индивида (например, уход в запой в случае острой обиды). 📍Активно исследуются и корректируются/изменяются в ходе психотерапии.

The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. The fake Zelenskiy account reached 20,000 followers on Telegram before it was shut down, a remedial action that experts say is all too rare. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. Lastly, the web previews of t.me links have been given a new look, adding chat backgrounds and design elements from the fully-features Telegram Web client.
