Переместилась в Переделкино, чтобы ~~писать книгу~~ немного перезагрузиться. Не успела приехать, как встретила бывшую ученицу (Настя, привет еще раз!).

Брожу по дачам писателей (Пастернака и Чуковского), фотографирую на пленку и вспоминаю любимое Комарово. А еще постоянно встречаю что-то немецкое.

Набрела тут на классный книжный и ушла с букинистическим уловом про Восточный вокзал в Берлине и русскую эмиграцию. Кстати, если вам вдруг тоже интересно почитать и послушать на подобную тематику, то рекомендую курс Александра Долинина от Arzroom (писала о нем вот здесь).

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." Also in the latest update is the ability for users to create a unique @username from the Settings page, providing others with an easy way to contact them via Search or their t.me/username link without sharing their phone number. There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said.
