По словам Павла Золотарёва осталось достроить 500 метров дороги.
— Дорога делается хорошими темпами. Конечно, качество не настолько хорошее, потому что военная есть военная дорога. Но попросил сейчас сделать более качественно… для того, чтобы проезжали гражданские люди, — рассказал Золотарёв.
Дорога будет пролегать через деревню Лещиновка, соединяя Рыльский район с Глушковским.
Местные жители использовали грунтовую дорогу, которая проходит через поля, потому что основные дороги из Рыльска в Глушково опасны из-за ударов беспилотников, а мосты через реку Сейм возле Глушково уничтожены.
С приходом дождей дорогу размыло и передвигаться по ней стало невозможно.
