Действительно, многие эдтехи рассуждают так: "ну и что, один пойдет жаловаться, а десять просто забьют". Но градус косяков разный. У одних школ, условно, проставлена галочка в форме (согласие на рассылку), а у других — "гарантия трудоустройства" или обещания типа "вернём деньги, если вам не понравится купленный продукт".
FYI: почти все обещания «Вернём деньги» от крупного бизнеса — развод (точно не развод у Вкусвилла. Вкусвилл возвращает, подтверждаю).
Возможно, запишем когда-нибудь подкаст о таких приемчиках :)

They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. Recently, Durav wrote on his Telegram channel that users' right to privacy, in light of the war in Ukraine, is "sacred, now more than ever."
