А первые три недели там 95% ходьбы. Новая неделя открывается каждый понедельник, то есть, надо снова три недели ходить.
Надеялась, что три недели преодолела, мне откроют четвёртую, и я дорвусь до бега наконец, но нет, начни сначала.
На вопрос, почему отрыли с самого начала, вежливо ответили, что надо заново входить в режим. Тут вопросов ноль, они большие молодцы, заботятся о своих спортсменах.
Но блииииииин, как же я не хочу откатываться ещё на три недели. Получается, что три недели тренила, потом три недели отдыхала, а теперь опять нужно потратить три недели, чтобы выйти на тот же уровень.
