Как понимаю, суть - не создавать новую инфраструктуру, а переиспользовать существующую - рекомендацию где ехать велосипедистам и ориентироваться - можно не жаться к правой части дороги, а ехать по середине - велосипедист имеет право ехать в своем темпе - предупредить других водителей о велосипедистах
