Делюсь очень быстреньким рецептом абсолютно детских оладушек! 3 минуты замешиваем, 10 минут жарим, с удовольствием кушаем!))
Оладушки из консервированной кукурузы
Ингредиенты:
Консервированная кукуруза 1 банка; Мука 2 ст.ложки; Яйцо 1 шт.; Соль по вкусу; Подсолнечное масло для жарки; Сметана для подачи.
Рецепт:
В мисочку высыпаем кукурузу из банки, добавляем муку, яйцо, немного присаливаем, перемешиваем и жарим на подсолнечном масле до готовности. Оладушки нужно делать небольшими, они очень нежненькие. Подавать со сметанкой!
